10 Feb 2017 – BUHERA – The skies will be the only limit for Nyashanu High School after they recorded a 100 percent pass rate in the 2016 ‘A’ Level examinations.
Located at the heart of Buhera district, the Reformed Church in Zimbabwe (RCZ)-run school is already focusing on the 2017 calendar which will be punctuated by the commissioning a multipurpose hall which will be completed soon.
The hall, which is almost complete, will be one of the latest achievements in the school’s recent history.
School head, Daniel Jeche said the school will also soon take delivery of a brand new school bus which is already in the country.
“This year, we are moving forward, we are set to commission our hall and our school bus. We are also looking forward to acquiring another 30 seater bus,” said Jeche.
Jeche said the school is in the process of boosting the entire computing system and refurbishing some of its learning facilities.
“We are impressed by our performance and we will fight to maintain the 100 percent pass rate. We will equip our library and upgrade our computing system.
“We have a generator which can power the entire mission in case of a power blackout so that our pupils have an uninterrupted flow of power to aid learning,” said Jeche.education
