17 Feb 2017 – MASVINGO – It was all joy last at Apostolic Faith Mission (AFM) Mapanzure assembly last Sunday as they celebrated and unveiled their Nissan one tonne truck for which assembly members worked hard to buy.
The assembly, also known as House of Kings, led by Pastor Elias Jinjika managed to raise enough money to purchase the much needed truck for the assembly.
Speaking to TellZim News, Pastor Jinjika applauded the hard work and unity shown by the congregation in the journey to the purchase of the truck.
“When I first came here, I saw that the people of the assembly loved the Lord and they had unlimited potential to do great things despite the fact that they are from a rural set up.
“I would like to thank the vibrant leadership that we have at our assembly and every member of the congregation for all their contributions. I just pray that God will bless them abundantly because they are a wonderful church,” said an elated Pastor Jinjika.
The congregants could not hide their joy as their truck was unveiled with many of them saying they were amazed by the way God had shown his hand in the church.
“I am happy to see our assembly moving forward working for the Lord. We worked very hard as a church together with our pastor and now we have acquired our own truck. We are happy that the work of God will be much easier for us as an assembly,” said a church member.
The function was attended by Pastor Tawanda Sakadzo and his wife together with Pastor Mudzitirwa from Kwekwe among others church faithful.
Pastor Sakadzo is from a sister assembly called Worship Centre in Gunikuni.religious
