MPANDAWANA – A married woman from Mharadze village under Chief Gutu was caught by her husband canoodling with her boyfriend’s younger brother.
John Sithole is said to have followed his wife Salami Chibvume to her boyfriend Hardlife Manyemwe’s place where he then caught her kissing and cuddling with Manyemwe’s younger brother, Tendai.
“We have agreed to go our separate ways and I am OK with that. I cannot take her as my wife anymore because she has slept with someone else. I only demanded $300 from Hardlife. That is the money that I paid for her bride price and the two could live together happily,” said Sithole.
He was, however, unwilling to get into the details of the embarrassing incident, choosing only to say the two had agreed to part ways.
Sources said that on August 25, Chibvume told her husband she wanted to go and see her friend who stays in Gonville and she took their child with her.
Chibvume, however, went to Hardlife’s place where she spent the whole day and night only to return home the following day at around 15:00 hrs.
When she returned, she told Sithole that she no longer loved him because he was not good in bed so he was supposed to take his child and let her go.
Sithole agreed but demanded that she leaves everything he bought for her including clothes, and that they first go to her parents’ place so that they could follow the right traditional divorce procedures.
Being unwilling to go to her parents’ place, Chibvume ran away and returned to her boyfriend’s place where Sithole followed her and found her having quality time with Tendai.local
