MASVINGO – Masvingo Brick and Tile (MBT) has unveiled new conveniences that await customers who visit the company’s premises following the purchase of a new crushing machine which will increase capacity and the speed of processing orders.
The new granite crusher comes with astounding capabilities – a capacity to crush 200 tonnes of quarry per hour, a figure which translates to 3200 tonnes per day in two shifts.
The new machine dwarfs the old plant which has a maximum capacity of 1200 tonnes per day.
With all those new capabilities, MBT promises a whole new approach to service and satisfaction in the customer’s construction interests.
“This comes at a time of potential growth in the construction industry with a perceivable increase in activity at both commercial and domestic level. We are ready to meet any demand for all the products we make here,” says MBT Administrator, Lenny Chidimu.
She said the new crusher is also designed to crush the granite to different aggregates and the job can be customised to suit client specifications.
MRB is renowned for manufacturing a wide range of products including bricks of all types, shapes and sizes; quarry, quarry dust and culvert pipes for bridges and other uses.
MBT’s split bricks, bocks, standard and face bricks are famed for their maturity and strength while its multi-sized quarry is available for all kinds of works from road and paver base;  fill and slab base to concrete, drive ways, drainage and railroad projects.
“While the new machine gets installed, we are pleased to tell prospective corporate and individual clients that our old machine is still up and running – ready to do the job for them,” said Chidimu.
To complement the quality service, MBT has put in place a quick and reliable door to door delivery service at a negligible fee.news
