The 2013 Nash Under 20 Volleyball champions retained their glory in this year’s competition held at Kwekwe High School last weekend with Chibi High School girl’s teams managing to win the cup for the second time in a role after defeating Marondera High School 3 – 1 in the finals.
.Cornway High School scooped the championship in the boy’s category after defeating Churchill Boys High 3 – 2 in a decider set making them champions for the third time in a role.
Visitation Makumbe High School took the third runners in the competition after defeating Mazowe High School 2 – 1.
Mufakose 2 High School took the third position after battling it out with Pamushana High School for which they won 2 – 0.
Churchihill’s Keith Machakaire was crowned player of the tournament boys along with Tsisti Makoni of Marondera High School for the girls.
To grace the event was NASH President Johnson Madhuku who promised to continue supplying quality sport around the nation.
