Vision Academy, a private owned school located in the heart of Mucheke Surbub in Masvingo defined excellence as it achieved 100 % pass rate in the November 2024, Zimbabwe School Examinations Council (Zimsec) Advanced level exams.

The best learner scooped 15 points followed by another one with 14 points. The least performer got 6 points which demonstrated commitment between learners and staff.

Despite its location in Mucheke Rank which is heightened by external activity, the school manages to keep the leaners in check and the results are a testimony to that.

Vision Academy Director and Masvingo South Member of Parliament, Tanatsiwa Mukomberi applauded learners and their teachers for the work which brought the good results.

“We are improving every year as witnessed by the quality of results. Last year we also had 100percent but they were a bit lower than this year’s because the majority of our learners got 10 points and above and a few are between six points to 10,” said Mukomberi.

Mukomberi told TellZim News that their vision was to provide quality education to everyone at affordable fees.

“Our major goal to perform better in every exam sat for as well as providing quality education at affordable fees in Masvingo,” said Mukomberi.

Vision Academy does not only focus on classroom teaching as they also do sporting activities as well as offering learners a chance to travel on educational trips across the country.
